Mission Statement

Greenbelt Development Corporation (GDC), a subsidiary of Greenbelt Homes, Inc. (GHI) exists as a benefit by which GHI acquires and manages property and businesses. GDC will strive to provide the highest quality services to its customers while returning a benefit to GHI. GDC will have a positive impact on and be a responsible member of the Community. GDC consists of two garden style apartment buildings called "Parkway Apartments".
